I would like to know the same, im.waking up at 3.30am, no matter what time i sleep, 9pm,10pm,11pm 12am. Im still waking up at 3.30 -4am , its only just recently started happening.

Im also in the same cycle.....3:15 every day regardless of bed time. Its messing with my mind

Maybe we are apart of the great awakening, i keep hearing conspiracy theorists go on about, or maybe we just cabt sleep.????
