Go to http://www.immchonburi.go.th/main/?l=Eng and you will see "404 Not Found" when the pointer is not over the webpage, but when the pointer is over the webpage you will see the attached. I would NOT go there. If you look at the source of that page you see a LOT of weird javascript. Probably enough to infect your own computer. Actually, it is just a very clean page defacement. You can easily unescape the javascript code and see it is all directed towards the page display. There are many ways websites can be hacked other than by knowledge of user names and passwords. Security vulnerabilities are found all the time.
