Hi Guys,

my 14 year old son arrived 2 weeks ago from Manila, he is on a 30 day visa, I wanted to get him a non imm O in Manila, but the post office here and there were to slow to deliver it took 28 days before they got the documents and the best thing is it arrived on his departure date so there was no more time for visa application, so I decided that he fly to Bangkok then have his visa changed at the immigration office to a non Immigrant O visa,,

is this in anyway possible?

What are the requirements needed?

Non immigrant O on what basis ?? If dependant whats your visa status..

Also just spotted that he arrived 2 weeks ago.. I think you need 23 days left on a visa exept entry to convert it anyway..

I think he needs to go back out of Thailand and get a visa issued.
