I just hope there are a few smart adults around to manage this child. I believe that there are many, including Elon, who see what I see. We'll be sorry, if Sammy is kept on...Mark my words. Parents have expressed their huge concern after seeing the video, which took place outside the gates of Lliswerry High School in Newport, Wales, on Wednesday afternoon. Following the distressing footage, Gwent Police has confirmed that two people have been arrested in connection with the harrowing event. At the beginning of the footage, a young boy can be seen looking anxious as he is approached by a man and two other boys.
