Eudora Problem

Featured Replies

I just opened Eudora 7.0 to do email and was shocked to find that all email dated later than 2004 had disappeared from the Inbox.

Any Eudora users have a suggested way to recover these emails?

I haven't used Eudora since 1995 so I'm a bit rusty on it. I found one program that lets you recover several folders of email in it's trial version. If it was all in the inbox you might get them back with it.

There's backup utilities out there for Eudora that I'd strongly suggest.

Could be also that the Data file exeeds 2.1 GByte and is corrupt now. May Ontrak Easy Recovery can do the job for you. But check to first the size of the Data file.

Thanks very much, I'll give that program a try. I went onto Eudora's support pages and found a way to recover all email automatically backed up by Eudora, which brought me up till 10 April 2007, which helped immensely. I'm still missing all mail since 10 April.
