Quite a few. BWG ladies do monthly visits. 

At time of writing we are aware of 42 British Nationals in prison in Thailand.

Indeed, I visited Bang Kwan over 10 years ago to visit a British citizen (not anyone I knew but I wanted to visit after reading a book on bangkok prisons, can't recall the name now).  He told me about prison life and the Women's Institute who were very good to the British prisoners.
