For those that hate counting calories but want a balanced meal that is cheap. Leanlicious in BKK offers nice meals and adds how many calories are in the meal. This is available for delivery with line man. I never knew about this before had I known i certainly would have used it before. 75bt for a meal but that is only 320 cals so many for some people 2 meals are needed. 

 

Still its a good alternative for those who want to lose weight and hate checking things themselves. This is cheap and good food.

My bizz, hahaha. Its a big chain with  many outlets wish i owned it. Just helping people who like to stay in shape.
