In a ceremony meant to mark 9/11 and the death of an actual first responder, Trump did the 2 things he does best: -Made it all about himself -Lied and tried to steal valor Trump claimed he was in the US Steel Building and that 2 firefighters carried him out, saying, "We thought the building was coming down on us". We'll, at least he didn't claim HE carried the two firemen out, so there's that. This is right up there with his claim he stopped the Rwandan Genocide in 1994, which apparently he did from a NJ courtroom, where he was filing Chapter 11 bankruptcy for his casinos. In reality, Trump was in midtown in Trump Tower on 9-11. Remember he called into CNN after the Twin Towers fell, saying, "I guess now I have the tallest buildings in NYC". No doubt we'll soon hear he raised the flag on Iwo Jima and will demand his form be added to the statue of that in the park in Rosslyn, Virginia. And Neil Armstrong? Neil will soon be the SECOND man on the Moon, and Neil's words will be, "That's one small step for me, but a giant leap for Donald Trump". 25th Amendment...use it.
