I've been trying to get my CDMA modem/telephone to work with Linux, but after contacting Huawei, it would appear that the only driver available is for Windows. I suspect the same can be said for the Sierra aircard.

If your card is from Sierra wireless, it should work.

If you have Mac OS X 10.4.7, the aircard 580 (which I think is the one used by CAT) should work natively without any external drivers.
