I use the Eyelo app, in the main User account of Win10.

I have one other User account, I want to turn it off from that account.

Is there any way to do this?

If I uninstall it in the other User account, it uninstalls it from the main User account.

Thanks

When fresh installing some Windows applications the installer process prompts to ask if the installation should be restricted to the current user,  or made available to all users. This is the preferred option.

Another option is to set various Windows resource or registry options. There are many online guides available is you do a Google Search for: Restrict Windows 10 Apps to certain users
