ravip
Browsing through the internet, I just came across this subject about a non-dairy milk that is similar to cows milk - Remilk. Apparently it is produced by a process called "microbial fermentation" and is minus the "bad" properties of cows milk. So my only hope is that some sort of healthy butter & cheese will be on the supermarket shelves soon! Anyone knows more about this product? Fat spread is a fairly meaningless term which covers both margarine and butter. There is NO scientific evidence showing that saturated fats are unhealthy. Plenty of 'facts' coming from the vegetable fat lobby though.
