The briefings should be heard only by President Trump until the weeds are pulled from the grass. The count still goes on and President Trump is still the President until the courts say otherwise.

  • Fairness and respect are an anathma for Trump, so this is a part of his plan for general chaos for the 60 days or so, and ongoing into his future. The smell which will not go away.

  • I see.  You don't think that procedures established to benefit the nation with a smooth transition, procedures that were made available to Trump, should be extended to Biden.    That's not w

After spending most of the week denying - and threatening to contest - Joe Biden's election victory, Donald Trump has been dealt a fresh blow by China.

Even Rupert Murdoch's Wall Street Journal now is raining on Trump's false fraud parade:

Trump Cries Election Fraud. In Court, His Lawyers Don't.

President Trump has claimed widespread fraud was at play in the presidential election. Several of his lawyers have told judges in courtrooms across the country that they don’t believe that to be true.

The Trump campaign or Republican allies have brought lawsuits in several battleground states contesting election results that favored President-elect Joe Biden, seeking to stop the certification of results or have ballots thrown out. Under questioning from judges handling the cases, at least two of Mr. Trump’s lawyers have backed away from suggestions that the election was stolen or fraudulent.

In other instances, attorneys representing Mr. Trump or other Republicans have said under oath they have no evidence of fraud.

Trump Law Firm Withdraws From Pennsylvania Election Case

(Bloomberg) -- A law firm representing the Trump campaign in its challenges to the Pennsylvania election results gave notice that it’s withdrawing from one of the cases.

Lawyers with Porter Wright Morris & Arthur LLP submitted a filing late Thursday stating they were withdrawing as counsel in a federal suit seeking to block Pennsylvania from certifying its vote. No reason was given. In a statement issued Friday, the firm confirmed the filing but did not say why it was exiting the case.

...

Porter Wright is one of two law firms targeted by the Lincoln Project -- a group of Republicans who oppose President Donald J. Trump -- for their work on lawsuits challenging the election results. The campaign included encouraging people to email the lawyers on the cases.

'Abuse of the rule of law': 1,000 ex-judges, legal experts slam Trump's false claims of voter fraud

WASHINGTON – A group of 1,000 attorneys, including retired federal and state judges, state attorneys general and law professors criticized the Trump administration over baseless claims of widespread voter fraud in the 2020 election.

"Every candidate has a right to ensure that an election is conducted lawfully. However, court challenges, if any, must be based on facts, on evidence," stated the letter, which asked public officials to stop making false claims of systemic fraud that President Donald Trump has claimed "stole" the election from him.

...

"While an apparently defeated candidate has the right to pursue challenges that are authorized by law, it is an abuse of the rule of law to file charges that lack an objective evidentiary basis, and it is a violation of attorney ethics to represent a party that files such charges purely for political purposes," said Stuart Gerson, a former Justice Department official under the presidents George H.W. Bush and Bill Clinton and one of the letter's signers.

Trump doesn’t read the briefings and objects to Biden doing so.

He struggles to read, he clearly can’t count.

What an embarrassment!

Trump is probably incapable of understanding the briefings as the words have more than two syllables

That's indeed a possibility.  PattayaJames seems to be residing in Pattaya, a place well known for housing actual and former spies, and all kind of high level specialists.

I am perplex here,

the G.S.A. hasn't confirmed yet that Mr. Biden is the President-Elect.

On a question if Mr. Trump appointee at the G.S.A. declines to sign it, no answer by the G.S.A. has been given yet.

Neither why they haven't given the confirmation so far.

In my opinion It would be easy to declare :

"we are waiting because of..."

So long they don't give the reason why, it certainly lead to speculations that indeed Mr. Trump interfere in the decision of the

G.S.A..

If indeed an interference is possible, the G.S.A. has no reason to exist.

So you think it's more important to pander to the ego of Trump than have a smooth transition of power.

I'm pretty sure a patriot would put his country ahead of his cult !

Are you guys still obsessing about the two time Nobel prize nominee?  They guys who’s policies created the lowest ever unemployment rate for African Americans, while earning the highest wages in history?  The guy who’s people created the first viable long term peace plan in the Middle East since the Carter administration (Nobel prize nomination #1).  The guy who put two Eastern European nations who had been bitter enemies together and crafted an historic trade agreement (Nobel prize nomination #2).  The guy who renegotiated NAFTA and the trade agreement with China; both which benefitted the USA.  Now that things are winding down, what’s will you guys do next?  You’re going to have a ton of time on your hands.  ????. ????. ????

The loser lost , get over it , move on , you know it makes sense.

It is hard to be sure.  Trump had been posting moronic nonsense since way before you joined in in 2017 .
