Forms to file for this itinerary? T8 TM28 TM30 etc

What would the correct procedure and forms needed for this example itinerary?

 

Day

1. Arrive

Provide T8 at airport

Check in to quarantine hotel

Hotel submits TM30 but do I still have to submit something?

15. Leave quarantine for another hotel

?

16. Open a bank account

What documents will they want?

22. Rent monthly apartment and stay there for 3 nights

?

25. Stay with a friend in another province for a week

?

32. Stay in a hotel for 3 nights

?

35. Return to apartment

?

90. 90 day extension due

 

Please indicate which can be done online, which can be mailed and which must be in person at an immigration office.

What visa will you be using for entry?

 

1. You need to do nothing until you stay at your at a long term address. Ant then only a TM30 report done by the owner.

15. That is your choice.

16. That depends upon the bank where you try to do it. Most will want a somewhat permanent address.

22. A TM30 report it that is going to be stay long term.

25/32/35 Nothing needed. Maybe a another TM30 on 35 if one was submitted on the 32nd day.

 

On what basis would the 90 day extension be applied for.

Assuming that by "apartment" you actually mean an apartment and not a condo:

The only forms that you need to submit are the arrival card (TM6) and some special covid form at the airport and TM7 when applying for your extension. But you should ask the apartment for the TM30 receipt.

What would happen if my friend does not file TM30 when I visit?

When returning to my apartment after staying at a hotel do I have to have my landlord file the TM30 every time? What happens if they don't?

Only if you change you address that they have.

Nothing.... fear of him getting into a situation with local police while riding a M/C made me do it though.
