I have a non-Imm "O" visa for retirement.  I live in Bangkok currently and my visa office is Chaeng Wattana.

If I want to relocate in Thailand, at a later date, how would I do that?  I assume that I'd need to apply for a new visa in a new district?  Or is there a process for relocating a visa?

You will need to file a TM30 form at the immigration office that has jurisdiction over your new abode. Since immigration offices differ on specific requirements, it's always best to visit personally and ascertain their needs directly. However, if you want a heads-up on what to expect, post your new location here and I am sure someone will pass some up-to-date and relevant information.

Do you have a one year extension of stay (it is not a visa) issued by immigration. Or do you have a 90 day non-o visa entry issued by immigration based upon qualifying for a extension of stay based upon retirement.

If on a extension of stay you only need to change your address at the immigration office for where you have moved to.

If on a non-o visa issued by immigration you have to apply for the extension of stay at the office where you applied for the visa entry..
