DOVER, England (Reuters) - Furious truck drivers scuffled with police and sounded their horns in protest around the English port of Dover as a partial blockade by France designed to contain a highly infectious coronavirus variant has stranded thousands before Christmas.

Bangkok schools closed for 12 days to contain outbreak

PHUKET: The National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) is moving to have two former Phuket Public Prosecutors charged for corruption for allegedly demanding money from a defendant in order to drop charges of encroaching on state land.

Phuket Fishing Port on restricted entry

PHUKET:-- Phuket Governor Narong Woonciew has issued an order banning all mass events organised by the government to celebrate the New Year. Smaller private parties held by hotels, restaurants and members of the public may still go ahead, but must comply with COVID-19 protection measures.
