In my experience, CW is rather slow; for my last three on-line reports  on average I had to wait  two or three working days before it was approved. Does not make a difference if you send it in the week-end or on a working day.

I've helped two neighbors file on-line 90-day reports over the past ~ 7 days. Both through CW.

 

Instant approval was not a result in either case, although both were "accepted" within a few days.

 

 

And for a third friend I helped him with a mail-in report, also CW, Report date: 29 Jan 2021, package mailed 13 Jan 2021, Next Report Date receipt received 21 Jan 2021.

 

For my most recent mail-in report CW held it, processed on my report date, then I received the skip ~ 7 days later.
