1. The nice men are ugly.

2. The handsome men are not nice.

3. The handsome and nice men are gays.

4. The handsome, nice, and heterosexual men are married.

5. The men who are not so handsome, but are nice men, have no money.

6. The men who are not so handsome, but are nice men with money think we are only after their money.

7. The handsome men without money are after your money.

8. The handsome men, who are not so nice and somewhat heterosexual, don't think we are beautiful enough.

9. The men who think we are beautiful, that are heterosexual, somewhat nice and have no money, are cowards.

10. The men who are somewhat handsome, somewhat nice and have money and thank God are straight, are shy and NEVER MAKE THE FIRST MOVE!!!

11. The men who never make the first move, automatically lose interest in us when we take the initiative.

Just one more thing to add, the handsome men with money who are hetersexual and not cowards, are up themselves! Oh, I suppose they fit into the not so nice handsome men category. Yep, I think she's just about got it covered Mark!

I think there were a few too many 'somewhats'!

3. The handsome and nice men are gays.

Well, that's certainly true :o

ha, that's funny, but-

4. The handsome, nice, and heterosexual men are married.

if they are married then obviously there are some women who find them!

ladies, come on now. we could easily rewrite this from our point of view!

.... the woman who are pretty, seem kind of nice at first, divorce you after a few years for 'not developing thier inner potential' for them and take half of all you ever earned..!

let them have their fun, after all, most of it is true and the same applies to women anyway :o

Nice, handsome, kind, caring, loving straight male.

:o Hate to burst your bubble, but this was posted by a guy & out of all the comments, only 2 (now 3, with me) were women. :D

NOW...WHO THE hel_l UNDERSTANDS MEN?!?! :o

Hear this ! Most woman are only good for one thing ! and not all are good at that !

Now who among you can make a good cup of tea ? what else did you think I meant !

And this is the Ladies forum :o I am sure you guys have plenty of other places to moan.

Besides, it was all in fun. If you can't take a joke then you fall under the "all nice, good-looking guys who aren't married or gay have no sense of humor" banner that was missed in the OP :D

Men..... I find them fascinating. I do not know how they can shower and change in less than 2 minutes. How they survive with only 1-3 pairs of shoes, (shampoo,, toothpaste,,soap and mouthwash), 2-5 pairs of shorts, a few trousers, half-a dozen to a dozen of work shirts, 3 golf shirts and 6 tee shirts. It's a lifestyle that I truly envy!

Men....

a) they seldom show emotion

:o not clingy

c) they look in control

d) they feel tough and hard

e) they're cuddly

f) easy to talk to, easy to spend time with, easy to get along

g) low maintenance

- They're only my observations though..........

Men....

a) they seldom show emotion

that made me think of something, sort of to do with the theme of this thread...

there are two types of men on internet forums,

1) those that use emoticons in their posts

2) those that dont use emoticons...

can any generalizations be made between these two groups of men ?

are the men who DONT use emoticons more mature or manly ? :o

just curious . :D

GF, you are sweet!

I have loads of shoes. I can shower and change more quickly than a woman but I know I have less to do. Clothes are a bit of a bug-bear cos I have too many, work shirts and suits are a real problem, I just have too many. I do show emotion, I can be clingy when in need of a cuddle. I am never in control. Okay, I am tough and hard as I come from a tough back-ground but I'm also a big softy. I hope I'm easy to talk to and get along with. I like to be a gentleman. Have no idea what low maintenance means. I am not gay, I am married, 'nice' and 'good looking' are subjective and in the eye of the beholder. Does this mean I don't live up to any of the stereotypes? I hope so!

Don't worry, I knew you were joking!

So, Suegha...... how many pairs of undies do you have? Just curious!

So, Suegha...... how many pairs of undies do you have? Just curious!

I know I am not the 'stereotype', I insist on changing the undies at least once a day, sometimes, depending on what I'm doing, more than that. However, I know guys who think that's just too excessive. But if you think about it, you reallly have to change for cleanliness reasons!

So tell me plainjane, how many pairs do you have? Just curious!

I have about 4-5 dozens........... different colors and styles for different occasions and for my different moods. :o

Ajarnmark,

Highly entertaining, but didn't you omit at least one category from the list.

12. The men who are not particularly handsome, not particularly nice and not particularly wealthy, find great hapiness in Pattaya. :o

I have about 4-5 dozens........... different colors and styles for different occasions and for my different moods. :o

Well, there's a difference, mine are all identical! Okay, there are a few different colours, but that's it!

Thanks for sharing the detail, I'll give thought to the 'different mooods'!

Men used to confuse me, so I took the higher road...... It was when I realized that men are actually little boys. Men = boys. The sooner I put that into practice, the easier life was for me.

When they are rough, when they tease, when they are stubborn or when they do naughty things - it doesn't rock my boat any longer. I sort of expect it.

Little boys are easy to please......... just talk to them, be nice to them, give them time and attention, caress them, love them, appreciate them and never put them down. Give them some food, loads of sweets and candies and keep them excited! One could never go wrong!

:o

Yes, and don't forget to encourage him gently in everything that he does in the hope that one day, when he has fully grown, he will spread his wings, leave the nest in search of his own destiny and give you some bl**dy peace!

Very amusing list, Ajarnmark, with some rather nice additions. Haven't been around this forum for a while - forgot how it made me smile. Thank you everyone.

Kate
