The New House

A Housebuilder was taking a couple round their newly built home to ask which colour they would like each room painted.

When they entered the lounge they said Magnolia . "OK said the builder, just a minute" he then went to the window and hollered "Green side Up"

They then went upstairs and the builder asked what colour they would like each room and every time they gave an answer he would once again go to the window and shout "Green Side Up Please'

When the couple had finished the process the husband had by this time become curious as to why the buider had kept up this strange monolouge with someone outside and asked the him what he had been doing.

The builder casually replied that he had two Irishmen outside laying turf
