Does immigration require family members of foreigners extending Non O-A Visas to be included in the accepted Thai health insurance companies' policy?

The question stands as written in the heading. Though it is probably out there in the TVF virtual world, I could not find anything specific on the matter and assume that others have had or will have the same question. I and all of my family are Americans. We plan to renew the health insurance policy we purchased abroad to initially obtain the O-A visa abroad. I know this policy will not meet the Thai Health Dept. requirements and that I will need a policy from one of these 13 accepted health insurance companies. What I do not know is if said policy must cover each one in our family or just me. Any help (with some official declaration or police order) would be extremely helpful and appreciated. Thanks.
