Hop on the sky train to the airport and mini buses leave every 1/2 hour to Pattaya,  at the arrival gate ground floor. At least they used to.

The above information on morchit2 is incorrect.  You can catch a minibus across the street for 140.

Thankfully, he headed out with 6 passengers.. Van smells like sweat.
