Boil/abcess on groin: Treatment in Bangkok? (Hidradenitis suppurativa)

I have self diagnosed this as Hidradenitis suppurativa although I might be wrong.

Been to a doctor in Pattaya last year to no avail. Tried antibiotics twice, did not work. I have tested negative for HIV, Syphillis and other STDs.

It's painful to touch and leaks a smelly pus like fluid.

Who/where should I seek treatment from in Bangkok?
