BANGKOK (Reuters) - A second senior leader of a vast drug syndicate has been arrested, a Thai narcotics official said, as a transnational dragnet tightens on the Sam Gor group, which police say dominates the $70 billion annual Asia-Pacific drug trade.

Tak province steps up efforts against illegal entry from Myanmar

Betong border to allow vehicle entry

Government Deploys Interceptor to Tackle Marine Debris Problem

Rally at Thai Consulate in LA on Sunday to call for an end to racial violence

Two Samut Sakhon sub-districts put on strict lockdown to prevent spread of COVID-19

(Reuters) - Leon Spinks, the gap-toothed fighter from the St. Louis slums who pulled off one of the most stunning upsets in boxing history in 1978 by defeating Muhammad Ali to take the undisputed world heavyweight title, has died at the age of 67 after a long battle with cancer, a spokesman said on Saturday.
