Online appointment for Non O visa

Hi a few weeks ago the immigration in Changwattana required applicants to book  and online appointment in order to extend the visa. However when checking the website the link is gone . Dos it mean applicants can walk in now like before?

I don't think they were ever mandatory. They notice about them was mostly to encourage people to get one for CW.

You can still make an appoint if you want to. http://203.151.166.132/immigrant_queue/booking/

It may save you some time if you get one.

An appointment is very helpful in reducing the service time, based on dozens fo reports here, and IME.

 

FYI, you cannot make an appointment for ext stay/marriage. That's usually the next question.

 

You can make an appointment for an ext stay/retirement.

Chaiyaphum IO official actually took my phone off me....loaded the app...... took my papers and entered all my details so I was registered for the online service......now that is service.

OP, definitely use appointment system for extensions (retirement) at CW.

Works a treat.

Just hit link ubonjoe posted above. The booking "slots" are 15 minutes. Get the desk indicated on your confirmation email (think it's L32) 15 mins prior to your booking as often you are seen early.

Do not attend main desk at entry. Go straight to your appointment office.

Note, you need print out of your confirmation email. Screenshot does not cut it.

There is printing/copy stall on lower level with banks. They can print out your confirmation email.

Thanks for the information. Unfortunately this is a non O visa but neither retirement nor marriage and I could not find it in the list of obejctives.

What is your extension of stay based upon?

You category of visa does not matter now.
