My international connexions seem to have gone west today, BBC images not loading nor CNN's style sheet as examples and everything very slow, just me having a bad net day, or anyone else?

We have this slow-down for the past three days between 1400-1600hrs. at other times all is okay.

we also use True BKK 1/512

This has been most of today, so not so time specific. I can't access sites by FTP either! Wonder if someone is 'working' on configuration again <sigh>

I have lots of troubles today too.

Mostly, pages don't load on the first attempt. I need to try two or three times. It's as if the internet is on one second, then off the next, then on after that, off again etc - if I try to load a page during the off second, it times out. If I load during the on second, it doesn't time out.

So now when it takes longer than 3 seconds to load anything, I hit reload. Most of the time, that fixes it. Still, very annoying. Seems to be better now (evening) - it was horrible all day starting around noon - 1700

much improved now, though am I the only one not seeing images on the BBC. The site loads eventualllllly but the newsimage.bbc.co.uk never loads and after about 2 minutes FF gives up.

Weird. Could there be a non culturally sensitive picture somewhere on the BBC I wonder
