Popular Post Venom
Hopefully the storms will help lower the horrendous PM2.5 air pollution currently inundating the country. At least it's more difficult to burn the rice fields in the rain. 2
tomazbodner
Expected some heavy wind and lots of rain. Not one rain drop seen and not a single leaf of the weakest tree seems to have been harmed overnight... Some storm...

nauseus
Looks like the line of windy wets has already passed through the Bangkok - Trat line and now heading SW over the gulf and approaching Prachuab and Chumpon. Can't see much of anything left over Isaan now. Not sure if more to come:

We had similar, along with the obligatory power cut after an electric pole somewhere in the area fell over. T'was ever thus, and will continue to be. It rains, we lose power, year after year after year after year, and nothing is done about it. 1
