So i’ve recently been to the hospital twice in a week because i haven’t been able to breathe at all and i keep getting this constant discomfort feelings in the right side of my chest under my right breast and there are other pains lower near my appendix and on the left side of my hip and i keep getting told by my parents its just a panic attack and the hospital won’t do anything. My blood and urine come back as normal so could it be something else other than a panic attack because i’m positive its not a panic attack

Your "pains" seem to be coming from the large bowel or colon, are your bowel movements and stool OK? And have you had a chest x-ray? You don't say which hospital you went to get checked, it might be worthwhile going to a decent private hospital and seeing a gastroenterologist perhaps, if the problems persist.

Gallstones

Sharp pain just under your lower right rib, and acid reflux indigestion type upper chest pains.

An ultrasound scan will soon find it if that's the problem.

There are many possibilities but I would need to know exactly what tests have been p;erfromed to advise further.

Was an EKG done?

What sort of blood tests?

Did they try administering an injection of a PPI?

How old are you?

I’m 16 year’s old, female. I’ve had my bloods done and they said it was tested for everything, i have also had a ekg done and it came back normal they only said my heart rate was more up than normal. My heart rate is usually 80 and it went to 150 sitting to 120. I haven’t had any ultrasound or injection of a PPI

I suggest you see a GI specialist to see if this might be gastritis or gall bladder issue.

Where in Thailand are you?

At your age your heart rate should be less than 80 even ,120 to 150 is not good , see a heart doctor ,where are you ,? which hospital have you been to?

heart rate varies throughout the day, move an arm it goes up 10, if anxious it will go up. Mine varies from 45 - 180 max if extreme exercise

So why post here, especially as your a young girl?

The majority of Men in their 50íes and older should know this problem and give her good advises.

At least she stayed on the topic and did not eloborate her whole life situation and issues, as most first time posters do. Brave I would say and clever

No problem at all for a young girl to post but indeed being in the UK, advice we can give is limited.

Possible other causes of what is described include, as already mentioned, gastritis or gall bladder issue though neither of these very common at such a young age.

If this occurred near menstrual cycle then some GYN issues (e.g. endometriosis) are also a possibility.

Care in UK is pretty good and seems the hospital there felt it was just anxiety. However if it recurs I am sure they will investigate further.

Sometimes it can be a mix of a physical condition that caused the pain and then an anxiety reaction to the pain.

in any case if there is an underlying physical problem then likely the pain will recur and if/when it does, return to the hospital.
