Has this been extended in all provinces?

To my knowlidge most restaurants are ordered to do only takeaway so i geuss no serving alcohol as well but i am not sure if this is in all provinces . 

Bangkok, food deliveries only, and no dining in.  However, you can walk into the Wine Connection and buy a bottle of wine while you wait for your takeaway order.  The 7-11 is open for buying your spirts and beer if needed, so no total ban as of yet like last year.
