Hunting Shops In Bangkok

Featured Replies

Hello i am looking for a hunting shop in bangkok. By hunting i mean a shop that sells crossbows, bows or more imporatantly blow pipes. I do not know the laws concerning these items in Thailand forgive my ignorance if in fact these items are illegal. I would be more looking for a specialist store rarther than a market trader. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Don't know of any specialist stores, but a few days ago I was at the Khlong Tom Market in Chinatown and there is a street market soi directly opposite the main entrance that has lots of stands with blow pipes, crossbows, stun guns, replica guns and rifles, fighting knives, etc.. Just walk deep in the soi, they pretty much have everything that you can buy legally (probably a lot illegal too).

They especially had some nice crossbows, both in one-hand small and two hand versions. I guess you could bring down an iguana with one of those, or a stray dog or two if your aim is good.

Great thanks for the info ill check out chinatown next week when im in town. Plus the reason i would like one is to maybe enjoy some hunting activity in Thailand. Of coarse if this banned like in my country ill respect the law if not then maybe ill look for some organised outing.

"Why the <deleted> would you want them anyway??? "
