Now that the factory clusters in Chonburi have been isolated, infections are way down. Pattaya recorded 3 new cases. 
 

This is how it will play out in Bangkok, as well.

 

I amazed how many here are rooting for the government to fail eradicating the virus, and ignoring objective reality.

Yeah, Songkran spread the virus into the factories because so many people from Bangkok spent their holidays in the factories.

 

Next month, you guys will complain that the government didn’t encourage more people to leave Bangkok during Songkran.

Throw open the barn doors Martha, the Covid is aleaving us.  Start the tourism train rolling, all is good and great according to the Danderman and we are all saved.  We have past the peak and all is well.  Breakout the marching band for the Dat lady is singing.  

 

Try again, same same different day. Cases are still dwaddling along, yet now 90k a month is the new normal with a monthly average of 500+ deaths....... Nothing to see folks move along.....

How quickly the wave will be eradicated is still unknown. All we know is that the numbers have been stable overall for a month, but is declining outside of hotspots.

How many in all of Isaan yesterday?

And to think they are still moving forward with plans to hold the Olympics? I realize cancelling the games is a big deal. But with so little time remaining there is nothing to indicate Japan will be ready, safe or prepared for this.
