Is it possible to acquire a Non O multiple entry at either KL/Singapore based on visiting family/friends? I would imagine it is a 'no no' but thought I would ask the brains here....

Thanks Lopburi, I should have been more clear with the Question, I meant as in the 'Visiting Friends/Family' ie without Wife/40k/400k Bank Balance etc.
