And to many on here the technology transfer agreement should have been completed within weeks in Thailand, not taken several months like other countries. Had it been done quicker the complaints would have been about a rush job, there are those that will always find fault, one way or another. If AZ had honoured it's delivery commitments out of Europe and India the Siam Bioscience facility would never have become an issue.
