Yes go directly to L 27,they will check you have all required documents,off all good they will take you to L 32

Thanks to everyone for their suggestions, especially Ubon Joe.  After making the appointment, getting the bank statement today, I was in and out within 20 minutes at CW ! ! ! 

 

Everyone who made suggestions, I listened to, and my LIFE became a lot easier today.

 

Now, if I could only get the vaccine ????
