Well I am sorry to say that Ninja Van is not better or worse than the others.

Waited in all day , nobody called or phoned , then last night the usual 5h1te arrived , " Delivery is unsuccessful - The customer requested for a change in the date/time of delivery ".

We Simply Use EMS Thai Post. If Good Enough for UK Embassy certainly sufficient for us ! ????No need to consider / evaluate new unknown sources for a critical service costing pennies ! ????????

It is the seller who decides what courier system they use , probably has a contract with them.

As far as the Thai Post Office goes in our neck of the woods , it is the luck of the draw when your parcel arrives and when or what day the postman decides to go and pick it up from the post office.

Reason being , our postman has another job , so the postal side is secondary .

Doesn't matter how much we complain about the very poor service , nothing changes.

You don’t say ? Would never have known that !???????? Can talk about outcome then if no control. 

 

Phuket EMS Service is fast & reliable.non- EMS slower(can be three days from one Phuket village to another).

Are Flash having problems , package in their local depot since 23rd 07:30hrs.

10:00hrs today , still sat there .

Tried ringing them conitinuously for an hour or more , couldn't get them to answer the phone.

Drove the 15klms to their depot , they said they couldn't get anybody to work on the delivery side , drivers complaining that the wages were too low.
