Tmoney
I'm searching for a local roofing company to come and fix/seal a small leak in my roof when we have heavy rain. So far all attempts to find where it is coming in and seal it haven't worked. Any recommendations for a local company Bangrak/Plai Laem area please? Silencer
I do not have a recommendation for you but from past experience its very difficult to find such a leak if not obvious. Usually the inside ceiling provides a clue at least, and if not, then nearly impossible unless actively leaking. You can throw money at "possibly/probably/hopefully" fixing the problem or if the ceiling is now open pinpointing the spot while actively leaking and get it fixed before the next occurrence. It's what I had to do years ago.
Tmoney
Agreed Silencer. Pinpointing where the rain is coming in has so far proved impossible. I think the only solution may well be to paint the whole side of the roof with a waterproof/rubberised paint
