Thief Leaves His Mobile At Crime Scene

The Dongtan Police were informed early on 25th May about an attack and robbery that occurred at a public telephone booth on Chaiyapruek 1 Road.

At the scene the police found 18 year old Mr. Natthawut in an injured condition. He had just been attacked by two Thai men.

He explained that his mobile phone ran out of money so he stopped at this public phone booth. While he was making his call, two Thai men came on a Honda Wave.

They stopped and then one of the men attacked him in the booth and took Mr. Natthawut’s Nokia mobile phone. Before the thief fled he dropped his own mobile phone at the scene so Mr. Natthawut kept it as evidence.

The police investigated the telephone numbers saved inside the mobile phone and found that there are a few Pattaya Police Volunteers’ telephone numbers.

More investigation will be made.
