The news about foreigners getting a share of the vaccine was not mentioned as a stipulation by US Charge d'Affaire Michael Heath.

Did Heath get a public thank you from Prayuth, as the UK did with its gift?  Just wondering?  I didn't hear it. But I miss a lot of news. Anybody know?

Given that front-line (medical) workers have been fully vaccinated, with 2X Sinovac.

And almost all (99%) of the population fully vaccinated - 3,786,244 - are also 2X Sinovac. (The pm is in the minority with his 2 doses of AZ.)

What does it say that front-line medical workers now need a third shot of Pfizer?

And what does that mean for the nearly 3.8 mm people "fully" vaccinated?

This Pfizer mosh-pit is already ugly. It will get much, much, much uglier. There will be many, many threads on this one.

bring it to pattaya - don't have foreigners traveling to Bangkok to be vaccinated - it is not the answer

I do not understand your logic....Many foreigners in Pattaya willing to pay 3800 baht+ for future moderna in Pattaya.  Why not pay 2200 baht to a private taxi company now and go to Bangkok to get your vaccine?

So the 5,000 doses will go to the research team here in Thailand trying to create their own mRNA vaccine?  Reverse engineering possibly ????

645,000 doses would go to people with high risk of death from Covid-19.

A total of 150,000 doses would be split between the elderly, those with seven underlying health conditions, women pregnant for 12 weeks, foreigners residing in Thailand and students going abroad.

What is the difference between the group of 645,000 dose people and those with 7 underlying health conditions ?

Why do students going abroad need this Pfizer?  Most western countries are offering free vaccines.

How many foreigners residing in Thailand will get 1 dose of Pfizer?  If they get 1 what happens when they need their 2nd jab?
