They can be justs as fatal as real bullets when fired at someone's head. Exactly as outlined in 8.5.2 of this article and declared ulawfull for head shoots in 8.6.2 https://www.geneva-academy.ch/joomlatools-files/docman-files/Geneva Guidelines on Less-Lethal Weapons and Related Equipment in Law Enforcement.pdf

Bangkok Barry
I remember in 2010 the police denied using real bullets, until it was proved that they did.

kensawadee
Did you see where the President of Afghanistan fled his country as the Taliban took control????? And he had 3 cars loaded with money - too much to fit in his Helicopter so he had to leave some behind.... This post makes me wonder about Prayut in Thailand when he flees the country he will probably have a few trucks and use a 'JUMBO' jet to carry his money that he has 'accumulated' while being PRIME MINISTER of Thailand...... Now that these 'Protesters' are hot on him..... Can you see the comparison I am making to this post and their distrust of the PM?

Thingamabob
I sense this is getting worse day by day. Shooting a 14 year old protestor should result in the jailing of the shooter. That won't happen, of course
