Is this the measure of success?

Assuming that all passengers have been tested negative when boarding, it always surprises me how some of them have become infected during the flight. Test failure (wherever) ? In any case, a sandbox full of poo for them.

Kudos to Phuket News for the level of detail.

Something strikes me as odd however in the statistics of covid patients under care. They say that 259 beds are available, or 11.91% of beds designated for COVID patients. This implies that 2174 are the total designated beds.

Thus there must be  2174 - 259 = 1915 occupied beds but the patients are
green=352 (btw, why keep them in a hospital)
yellow=347
red=35
for a total of 734.

1915 is very different from 734. What's the truth?
