Umm  - no it isn't!

Sorry Mr Attenborough , but leeches do not have tentacles on their head . They also do not have a 'foot' - which slugs have (as does this thing)

Leeches are molluscs, like snails and slugs , but bear a closer resemblance to worms. They also are more likely to move in a 'looper' fashion , using front and rear suckers.

I stand corrected - of course the photo was labelled incorrectly...... I have had many leeches on my legs but never bothered to look that close.
