"modern Town" Condo On Sukhumvit 63 - Any Problems?

I am looking at buying some property in Modern Town, A condominium on Soi 63 Sukhumvit (between Thonglor and Ekkamai). I am not based in Thailand and at current I cant view the condo or the accommodation except from photographs, so I cant get a feel for the place. If anyone knows anything about this condominium, or better still if they live there, could they please give me an insight into what the place is like. I don't need to be contacted by estate agents, I have been offered the property already, at a very good price, and will need to act quite quickly or I think it will be taken if it is legitimate.
