I suspect that, if you don't mind a bit of extra time travelling, the cheapest option would be London to Hong Kong on Oasis and then Macau to Bangkok on Air Asia

Yes, it is the cheapest but how do you get from Macau airport to Hong Kong airport and how much does it cost?

I have flown 4 times in the last 6 months with 4 different carriers. The worst by far was Air India. DO NOT USE THIS AIRLINE!!!!!!!!! The planes are dodgy. As we took off toilet water was streaming out of the mid cabin toilets! I was kept 25 hours in Dehli and refused a hotel even though the flight connections had been changed so the connecting flight left 1.5 hours BEFORE the flight got in. Go figure. They lie through their teeth and the in flight entertainment is rubbish.

The most comfortable and most legroom was thai but the INE was a centre console.

EVA were good with good INE (and cheap)

Eitihad had fantastic INE but the stop over was long.

I am currently looking and expect to pay under £500 for EVA and Thai.

You can still get EVA for around 31K baht.

Oh yes? Show us where to get EVA at 31k.

Emirates every time for me, i quite like the two hour stop over in Dubai, it give's me a chance for a smoke and a couple of pints of Guinness in the Irish village, IMO the last good pint of Guinness untill on the way back......

Need to take ferry from Macau to HK (around 150HK$ one way), then bus or train to HK airport (50-100HK$). Allow at least 3 hours for the journey, more at peak times. Ferries run hourly, probably also need taxi from Macau airport to ferry. Will probably mean at least 6-7 hrs transit time for the journey and check in.

Update:

Apparently there is a ferry directly from Macau to HK Airport (not sure if it's directly from Macau Airport). This should cut down the travelling time between airports.
