National – The Ministry of Public Health is planning to provide a fourth booster shot of Covid-19 vaccines for eligible Thai citizens in 2022 following the gradual arrival of more vaccines, according to Minister Anutin Charnvirakul.

CCSA advisor still concerned about Bangkok case numbers, asks all to commit to COVID-19 measures

BANGKOK (NNT) - The number of daily COVID-19 infections is currently averaging about 6,000-7,000 with new cases in Bangkok hovering around 700-800 per day. An advisor to the Center for COVID-19 Situation Administration (CCSA) is urging the public to remain committed to public health measures in light of the stubborn infection numbers.

Motorbike rider jumps off Phuket bridge

PHUKET: Police and rescue workers are scouring the waters between Phuket and the mainland at the northern end of the island after a young man was seen parking his motorbike halfway across the Thao Thepkrasattri Bridge onto Phuket and jumping over the side to the water below.

Thailand’s air traffic increases 25% during the first ten days of November

Air traffic in and over Thailand, during the ten days following the reopening of the country to foreign arrivals on November 1st, was 25% percent higher than in October, averaging 990 flights a day, including overflights, according to Aeronautical Radio of Thailand Company (Aerothai).
