Some years ago, my  aunt, now retired, was the credit manager of a  5 star hotel, with   hotels world wide beginning with the letter" H"..   One      afternoon  I was  at  the hotel,  talking with her, when I noticed two  attractive  young women sitting in the    foyer area, looking bored.     I  commented in a joking manner to  my aunt," your  guests  looked like   their not happy"

"Oh" my aunt replied "their not staying here, their a couple of prostitutes waiting for business"...     I was rather surprised at this somewhat casual comment considering  this  was/is a 5 star hotel with a reputation to maintain,  but my aunt went on to explain   they   cater  to international business men, who often  request   the services of female companionship, so the hotel   doesnt object  to   looking the other way, so to speak , to     the women   being present, and "on display".

As much as you want, and just like anywhere else if if you are a nice guy, and not there for a week never to come back you can have a relationship. Also unlike Oz the UK, and US younger females and older men is considered normal, and not eyebrow raising.

Let´s just thank the guy for sharing. Just imagine how easy, free and cheap it is to just post it off on Thai Visa, and then compare that to a lot of medicine and visits with a professional.

Second hotel I stayed at in Bkk had several women hanging around in the foyer, which I found strange. Never occurred to me that they were pros waiting for customers.

 

Back then I used to eat breakfast at a well known German restaurant in Soi 4. There were always several women seat warming there too, which I also thought curious.

 

I was very naive when I first started visiting Thailand. However, I embarked on a steep learning curve.

After a long term relationship, my fiance left me in the early 00's. I then endured a decade of the miserable dating scene in America, where such sites are filled with psychos full of baggage, ridiculous expectations, and the bar scene is likely to land you with charges for looking at someone the wrong way. Thus, I gotta say, that after landing in BKK for the first time, and wandering into a Nana bar, it was truly a godsend.

It is what it is, I was, and I am fortunate.  I never really had to be on a "budget", but obviously there are those of us that less fortunate when it comes to money, and who have to play "close to the wallet", as such I'm only trying to point out that if one chooses the right places a good time can be has for less than an arm and a leg.

Does it matters what the girls drinking when you buy them a lady drink? Be it in the bar or online? 

 

Never understood the problem when the bar punts insists to inspect the ladies drinks, just to make sure they drink alchohol.

I could explain  it to you but I can't  make you understand,   If this platform allowed me the ability  to write in crayon, then perhaps you had a chance.  So, by your definition  if you pay for a Porsche,  but get a Ford. Then you don't  see a problem?  Its all a scam period.   First most think they are helping the ladies, when in fact they are helping the pimps and bars more than anything,  be it water or alcohol.   I have bore witness to it all the whole time.  Sad sacks have been home with the momey they saved being trapped in their home country.   They would chat with the ladies on the stream , and private  chats.  I would see the ladies make promises, and then bam, lady is gone.  Fair enough their are suckers that believe  it all and fall prey, and they dont care until , you read about them climbing to the top of a building. or another final solution,  because thet were conned.  But you are right what does it matter that its all a scam, and a fool and his money are soon parted.   I bet you are one of them sad fellows that have been wasting money on line keeping failing  bar owners a float , and helping them pay the Benz car notes.  While the ladies you profess to help sleep in squalor,  and beds that punters have used them on all day!

Simple question, does it matter if the lady drink contain alchohol or not? If you are concerned about the girls, you should be concerned about they have to drink alchohol by the choice of customer and not by themselves.

Once again you miss it all.  You are paying alcohol  prices, and they are getting water.  The bars making the money not the lady.  Might as well just skip the lady and send to bar owner or pimp.  Why is it so hard for you to understand,  its about hetting what one pays for.  The ladies arent making money.  Oh!  It just dawned on me.  Perhaps  you are a bar owner or somehow  connected to a bar.  Yes, in that situation  I would only see one side of the issue.

If you feel so bad about the bars, why you go there? You missing my point, many girls and often the pro girls, do not drink alcohol by choice when working. My experience out from those bars I have choosed to visit, the owner of the bar treat the girls good and fair. If they try to take advantage of the girls, they just find a new bar, or stock up with regulars. BF one, BF two etc, so you do not understand it have to be beneficial for both parts. The bar owners do not own the girls like some like to think, and most girls are smarter than so to be take advantage of!

 

Payment day, they pack up and go, easy as that.

If you feel like that why buy them a drink at all? I usually didn't.
