The next day lamb chops and chocolate lava cake and the following day champagne with seafood salad. For NYE I'll try AE or ABC or Cafe Des Amis or The Jomtien Renaissance Pebble Grill but I fancy the Hilton or a hotel with a view of the fireworks.. Its the uneducated palates, people with no culinary education who are addicted to junk food such as pizza, fried chicken and burgers and are difficult to please with real food.
