mxpweb Posted December 30, 2021 Share Posted December 30, 2021 booked an airticket early in Nov. 2020, the flight by QatarAirways was canceled due to the travel agency did not confirm the flight from Paris airport onwards, since then request for a refund, this travel agency (edreams) reply with acknowledgment emails ONLY, recently contacted Qatar Airways to check about the refund, they confirmed the process of the refund, but have to collect it from the travel agncy where the booking was made intitially, they ignoring to comment, or explain or send the refund, just the automatic, and robotic auto responses by emails, what should do to get the refund? as I searched their main office in Spain, is there any offical authority there to send a complaint report to oblige them to issue the refund? or how to do with this issue???
