October 24, 20241 yr Author No need to register to read. CEO won't even drive his own crap ... wake up people. "Ford CEO Loves Daily Driving an Electric Sedan from a Chinese Competitor Ford CEO Jim Farley admitted he has been driving a Xiaomi SU7 for six months and said he "doesn't want to give it up." Besides Tesla, has any US auto maker, (or any) done this .... ... "The Xiaomi SU7 was met with such popular demand in China that it reportedly sold out of its entire 2024 production run on the first day. In fact, Xiaomi is said to have sold 100,000 units before the first model was even delivered." CN always accused of stealing tech. What do think Ford R&D are going to do with that Xiaomi. Well, might have to order another one, if CEO doesn't give it up. Edited October 24, 20241 yr by KhunLA

About ฿50k a year for our average 20k kms a year That alone was reason enough to go BEV. Added performance was a nice plus. Edited October 25, 20241 yr by KhunLA

October 27, 20241 yr Author Popular Post Anyone running out of electrons with their BEV would have to be one of the dumbest drivers. Took ours down to the low side of 6%, (purposely) and still had an estimated 20kms of range left. Got the usual 30% charge remaining warning, and good for at least 100 kms more. Then got 4 more audio warnings as the additional ~5% wound down, along with idiot icon on display. Edited October 27, 20241 yr by KhunLA
