Joe Ferrari: Admits using plastic bag on drug suspect but "didn't tighten it" - claims video was cut

Featured Replies

Joe F is just showing how much of a coward he is.

What pathetic, lame excuses will he come up with next.

I hope he get the R treatment. Will his wealth and connections

keep him from the death sentence, I hope not.

And another entry into the long, long list of ridiculous Thai excuses.   > "Yes, I pulled a plastic bag over the deceased victim's head, but I didn't tighten it." > "I didn't kill

Allegedly held the plastic bag over the suspect head.

To the best of my knowledge your Honour I can't remember that day.

The stuff these guys make up, you can’t…um, well…you can’t make it up. Thai news has become a parody of itself.

“I shot him in the head at close range but I didn’t even shoot him very hard. Someone framed me by making it look like it was execution style.”

Like Bill Clinton: “I smoked weed, but I never inhaled”. Yeah, right!

Or "I did not have sex with that woman"

Like to see that written in the police regulations

It is.

He/They put the bag over his head to deprive him of oxygen. Whether to scare him or otherwise depriving somebody of oxygen is fatal. I am sure intimidation or torture are both illegal in the Thai Police Force. So by breaking the law of intimidation or torture there is no doubt he/they are culpable of the death of the suspect. The other police officers in the room are all complicit as they took no action to stop the illegal practice.

Torture is still legal in Thailand ! There was a bill going through parliament months ago to outlaw it but........TIT.

Your Honor, the victim did not have a face mask so we improvised for his safety, as we did not want him to die from covid

Imagine the <deleted> and lies if he wasn't caught in video tape,

I just use it to rub outside, I will not will put it in... I promise!

There was no any intention to kill. It was an incident. Who knew this drug dealer had a weak heart?  Release the guy, he suffered enough. We need more press informations like this one, people should understand this guy is innocent.

Your honor!! Plastic bag was self regulated and was AI enabled. It developed self conscious.  I got it from Harry Potter....

Along with the Flying Farrari

Yourhonor!! I used plastic bag due to Covid and since I have to protect against Alpha, Beta, Delta, I had to use multiple plastic bags. It was my responsibility to save him from covid.
