AETNA’s vHealth App

Featured Replies

I just got an email from my health insurer, Aetna, suggesting I download their app. It says health information, on-line doctor hookup, and more is FREE.

Does anyone have experience using vHealth?

I have had good experiences using the app. One stop for accessing medication and appointment history and saves a trip to the clinic. The health records portion is somewhat limited to only identification and character limited description of existing medical conditions.

I failed to mention that our policy is local and not an international policy. With that said, when my son is in the US we still benefit from utilizing Vhealth for tele-conferences. At least there is some benefit rather than the policy being useless while he is in the US.

The app itself is terrible. But it does the job.

You can talk on the phone with a doctor and get your prescription sent to you.
