OK guys I am not in LOS now, but I had this for a long time, it started with a runny nose when I had a spicy meal, but now I have a runny nose most of the time and I sneeze a lot and no I do not spend a lot of time outside just for shopping. Can I get Hay fever even I do not spend a lot of time outside? And no I have no Covid, so what could it be?

sure, it could be a cold or sinus issue or allergy... I never had allergies before but sometimes get an itchy nose for a couple of days.. talk to a pharmacist, they may recommend an anti-histamine...

feel better.

Sounds like an allergy, there are many possible causes nto just "hay fever".

Dust/dust mites and mold are common causes.

Or buy a neti pot. Most pharmacies have them.

I use a saline nasal spray. Helps to rinse away the dust, pollen, cat hair, whatever is causing the trouble.

I'm a great fan of the neti pot. I use mine every morning to get my nose super clear before I exercise. I never have any nasal problems.
