Can I get my email on my moblie phone in LOS?

I can only connect through a VPN, so it would have to use that.

I currently use AIS prepaid.

any suggestions on phone and service?

I'm not sure about how GPRS is charged on AIS prepaid (and how AIS works in general..), but I think you should be able to. I have used VPN (PPTP) over my phone to connect to an exchange server and an IMAP4 server before.
